With the correct water quality, a system is efficient and operates smoothly. Our engineers measure and analyse the water values during the initial filling, witnessed top-up and maintenance of a sealed system.
Depending on the water quality regime, different data needs to be recorded. This includes data like pH value, conductivity, magnetite content, chloride levels, iron levels, inhibitor levels, copper content etc.
Relevant data is documented by our engineers for you as part of the visit report.
The system separator for the protection of drinking water must also be tested once a year in accordance with DIN EN 806 / DIN EN 1717. We check for tightness, the start of the opening of the relief valve, the tightness of the relief valve, the venting of the medium pressure zone to atmospheric pressure and the tightness of the outlet backflow preventer.
We treat the stored water in the buffer tank to the required quality regime, for bulk filling processes. Specifically for this purpose, we have mobile equipment that can handle flow rates from 5,000 l/h to 30,000 l/h whilst in operation. If necessary, the entire existing sealed system can be treated using this bypass method.

Our rental hire service for mixed-bed resin cartridges is available from 4 weeks to 6 months. The cartridges include the mixed-bed resin and rinsing head. Our used resin replacement service can also save you time.
Stationary water treatment equipment is also availabe for rental hire, as are our vacuum degassers and high-performance filter units. Book the initial connection and commissioning of the rental devices, and as needed order more replacement cartridges.
This means that you can also handle large-scale projects easily, with our support.
As a factory-supported customer service, our engineers also take care of the maintenance of your Aalberts hydronic flow control equipment.
